Khalid Anjum Appointed to the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority

(NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- Khalid Anjum, Department Head of Business Innovations, Education & Opportunity at Middlesex County, has been appointed to the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority (TTFA) by Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin.

“During his decades of service to the County, Khalid has proven himself as a innovative leader whose contributions have been invaluable to the planning and development of public infrastructure. My fellow County Commissioners and I are proud that Speaker Coughlin has chosen one of our own to serve at the New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund Authority,” said Ronald G. Rios, Director of the Board of County Commissioners. “The appointment of a key Middlesex County leader to the TTFA is a testament to the deep and diverse bench of talented visionaries we have at the County and is a reflection of our continued commitment to transportation and public works projects.”

Utilizing the skills garnered during his tenure at Middlesex County in positions including his current role as Department Head of Business Innovations, Education & Opportunity and former Department Head of Infrastructure Management, Anjum will join the TTFA to advance its purpose of financing the critical capital projects of the New Jersey Department of Transportation and NJ TRANSIT.  Learn more about this independent agency of state government here.
