Former Brookdale Community College History Professor Paul Zigo, founder and director of the World War II Era Studies Institute, explains the make-or-break circumstances of the June 6, 1944 attack at Normandy beach , the complex logistics behind the massive wave of Allies, and its impact for future generations.
