(MANASQUAN, NJ) -- Algonquin Arts Theatre’s Performing Arts Academy begins its 2020 summer session next month with a lineup of 22 different online classes for students ages 8 to 17. Classes begin on Monday, July 6 and continue through the week of August 10. New classes start each Monday during that time with one or two-week classes.
A variety of acting and musical theatre classes are available and are all appropriate for beginners and experienced performers alike.
Topics covered in the 22 classes being offered include acting, voice acting, monologues, auditioning, musical theatre, dance and writing. Many classes will work toward creating a final video presentation that can be shared with family & friends.
Classes cost $65 per week, begin at 9:00am, 10:45am or 1:00pm. All classes meet daily for 90 minutes.
Classes will be limited to 12 screens per class to provide the best experience possible, which means that the most popular classes will fill up quickly.
