Studio Montclair Presents "Good Works"

Studio Montclair Presents "Good Works"(MONTCLAIR, NJ) --  Studio Montclair (SMI) presents “Good Works,” an exhibition celebrating their volunteer artist members who generously donated their time and talent to SMI. The exhibit will be on view from January 11 through February 23, 2019 at the Studio Montclair Gallery. The show features 49 pieces of work by 28 artists in a variety of visual media including sculpture, photography, printmaking, painting, drawing, and mixed media.

Participating Artists: Kate Albright, Susanna Baker, Amy Becker, Virginia Schaffer Block, Janet Boltax, RM Cimini, Pam Cooper, Erica Engfer Pizza, Dan Epstein, Allan Gorman, Marlene Hendrian, Mary Howe, Mark Hunter, Miriam Jacobs, Catherine Kinkade, Yvette Lucas, Fernando Mariscal, John Masi, Gina Murray, Denis Orloff, Ron Powell, Jim Price, Jack Quinn, Matt Roberts, Michael Sherman, Amy Tingle, Katie Truk, Victor Utama.  IMAGE shown is Katie Truk's, Sadomasochist, Wire and pantyhose, 31x30x6".

All artwork will also be available for online purchase starting January 10.  

Studio Montclair Gallery is located at 127 Bloomfield Avenue in Montclair, NJ. An opening reception will be held on Friday, January 11 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

Studio Montclair Inc. is a nonprofit organization of exhibiting professional artists and others interested in the visual arts. Its mission is to promote culture and education in the visual arts and encourage emerging artists. Founded in 1997, the organization has over 450 members including artists throughout the United States, as well as Europe and Asia.
