(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- The pandemic will likely make this year's Halloween very different from normal, but if you're looking for a place to see The Rocky Horror Picture Show you're in luck. Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) will screen the cult classic on Friday, October 30 at 8:00pm. Admission is $20 and includes a goodie bag. The film, which stars Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon, and Barry Bostwick, follows the adventure of a newly-engaged couple who must seek shelter at the bizarre residence of Dr. Frank-n-Furter after their car breaks down.
Patrons are encouraged to dress up and have fun! In our ongoing effort to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all, MPAC has carefully chosen the items they can allow this year for the goodie bags. Goodie Bag Items Include: Noisemaker (bat wing clapper), Confetti Popper, Party Hat, and a Glow Stick. Outside props will not be allowed.
MPAC is excited to begin welcoming patrons back in the theatre in a limited capacity. This event will be held with a maximum capacity of 150 patrons and will be seated with social distancing measures in place, per Governor Murphy’s Executive Order 183.
