Kashmir To Perform At Newton Theatre
(NEWTON, NJ) -- Kashmir, The Live Led Zeppelin Show, was created by vocalist Jean Violet back in 2000. It has grown from the streets of New York City to one of the top Led Zeppelin Tribute bands touring nationally and internationally. Kashmir’s primary focus is capturing the live performance and raw energy of a Led Zeppelin show. See for yourself when the band performs at The Newton Theatre on Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 8:00pm.

NJSO invites amateur instrumentalists to play in #OrchestraYou On March 23
(NEWARK, NJ) --The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra invites amateur instrumentalists to join fellow audience members and NJSO musicians in the sixth annual #OrchestraYou at New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC( in Newark on March 23.

Local Artists Transform Blank Canvases into Art to Benefit West Windsor Arts Center
(WEST WINDSOR, NJ) -- The West Windsor Arts Council is inviting the community to participate in a unique and interactive fundraiser. The Blank Canvas Gala and Art Auction, to be held at the arts center on Saturday, March 23 from 7:00pm to 10:00pm will feature original works of art created by some of the most talented artists of our region. It will also give guests the chance to be part of the creation of a collaborative piece of art to commemorate the evening.

Centenary Stage Company Presents Ceilidh: An Evening of Irish Music and Dance
(HACKETTSTOWN, NJ) -- Darrah Carr Dance joins Centenary Stage Company on Saturday, March 23 at 8:00pm to present Ceilidh: an Evening of Irish Music and Dance in the Sitnik Theatre of the Lackland Performing Arts Center.  The evening’s performance will also include a special pre-show presentation by An Clar School of Irish Dance. Tickets are $25.00 for adults, $17.50 for children under 12 and available online or by calling (908) 979 – 0900.

Grunin Center Presents "A Man And His Prostate" With Ed Asner
(TOMS RIVER, NJ) -- Actor Ed Asner discovers his inner self in more ways than one in his show “A Man and His Prostate,” based on a true life experience, and on stage soon at the Jay and Linda Grunin Center for the Arts on Saturday, March 23 at 2:00pm.  A near tragedy is masterfully transformed into a one-man comedy, perfectly portrayed by Asner in his hilarious visit to the hospital in preparation for surgery he doesn’t want. 

Dreamcatcher's Improv Troupe To Perform In Summit On March 23
(SUMMIT, NJ) -- Dreamcatcher Repertory Theatre celebrates spring with an evening of improv comedy featuring its resident troupe, Multiple Personality Disorder, on March 23 at the Oakes Center in Summit. This unpredictable evening is an affordable, enjoyable evening that is packed with laughs from start to finish.

Premiere Stages to Present Staged Reading of Play By Writer Who Refuses to be Defined by His Disability
(PEAPACK, NJ) -- "A fearless 16-year-old with cerebral palsy brought a combination of praise and put-downs to the job of master of ceremonies." That's how The New York Times' Neil Genzlinger described Chris Saglimbene in a column on October 20, 2002, reporting on a talent show at the Matheny School and Hospital, a special hospital and special education school in Peapack, NJ, for children and adults with medically complex developmental disabilities.

Third Annual EarthShare NJ Rocks To Take Place March 23rd At Stone Pony
(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- The third annual EarthShare NJ Rocks will take place on Saturday, March 23rd at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park. Free Pass, The Troubles, The New Soul Rebellion and The Dirty Shine will perform from 7:00pm to 11:00pm.  Tickets are available for $20 in advance, $25 at the door. Students with valid id are $12 in advance and $15 at the door. The first 300 to enter will receive a free event t-shirt. Doors open at 6:30pm.
